By filling out this form in advance, you can save time during your visit and ensure that we have all the necessary information about your pet.

Recognizing the importance of making preventive care more accessible, we are pleased to offer Preventive Care Plans! These plans cater to pets at every life stage, from playful puppies & curious kittens to wise senior companions. By opting for our Care Plans, you can enjoy the convenience of affordable monthly payments, eliminating the stress of a hefty one-time expense. This way, you can work with our team to ensure your pets receive the best preventive care they need for a healthy and happy life! Our goal is to keep financial considerations from standing in the way of your family’s well-being.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service.

Payment is due at the time of your visit for all services, medications, and products. At or before your appointment, you’ll receive a treatment plan for your family’s expected care and recommendations. During the visit, we’ll review your pet’s necessary & recommended services as we go so there are no surprises at check out. We accept cash, check, Care Credit, debit, and all major credit cards. To Be Transparent: We recommend paying with Cash, Check, or a PIN Debit card to avoid an electronic fee on credit cards. (Small or lower visibility) An electronic fee of 3% is charged and collected by our card processing services on all credit card transactions. The fee is not charged on payments made by cash, check, Care Credit, or Debit(when you use your PIN number at the time of payment).

AHAA Accreditation

We take pride in being AHAA (American Animal Hospital Association) Accredited. This means that we hold ourselves to the highest standards of veterinary care. Your pet will receive top-notch care at our hospital, which has passed the most rigorous standards in veterinary care. Please note that only about 12-15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited.

Your First Vet Visit

When you arrive for your first visit, you’ll meet our Client Care team who’s excited to welcome every pet family. The Client Care team will check-in your pet, confirm your contact information, and help you get comfy in our exam rooms.

In the exam room, you’ll meet your Support team and Veterinarian. We’ll ask about your pet’s medical history, current condition, and reason for your visit… again. You’ve already given us this information and we promise it’s part of the process to make sure we address your concerns and collaborate on your pet’s needs.

Our veterinarians will perform a nose-to-tail exam on your pet and discuss their recommendations, including diagnostics. It’s a great time to ask questions, plan your next visit, and get to know your veterinarian. We want you to feel supported long after this appointment ends, and we’ll take the time you need to be completely comfortable with the information we provide.

We operate on an appointment basis for all services so our veterinarians and team can dedicate time to your pet family’s needs. Your time is important, we work hard to honor appointment times and communicate any delays because emergencies happen.
