Veterinary Assistant; Full Time and Part Time

The veterinary assistant team provides superior pet health care by showing a sense of support, collaborating with pet families, creating personalized care and building lasting client relationships. This dedicated person will understand the importance of each patient and their families to our business as employee owners and treat them with the highest level of care, compassion, and professionalism. The role as veterinary assistant consists of caring for all patients by following directions given by our veterinarians and our licensed veterinary technicians as well as maintaining general cleanliness within the hospital setting. We expect this individual to be honest, provide open communication and have a strong sense of customer service in mind. Veterinary Assistants support the hospital by maintaining inventory stocking, practicing safe animal restraints, educating clients and recommending services to support the best quality care for their pet. We are looking for individuals who are trustworthy, dedicated and compassionate; who can embrace supporting the human-animal bond through being knowledgeable and show positivity towards the company, the team and our clients.

Client Care Specialist; Full Time and Part Time
The Client Care Specialist is to be the clients’ advocate while contributing toward the company’s vision to embrace the human-animal bond as a vital life-force for healthy, happy pets and owners. The Client Care Specialist’s goal is to provide superior pet health care by educating and recommending services and products that support a higher quality of life for our client’s pets. The client care specialist is a reliable team member, who will hold themselves and their team accountable to a positive and trusting atmosphere, while being open to change with respectfully continuous communication. We are seeking a self-motivated person with a passion for helping others and their families. This positive person will understand the importance of each client to our business as employee owners and treat them with the highest level of care, compassion, and professionalism. This team player should be detail-oriented, have effective communication skills to educate clients, and be proficient with computers.
